The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalogue to you. Payments
All products remain to Luxus Hair Extension property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parents' permission to buy from Luxus Hair Extension.
All transfers conducted through Luxus Hair Extension are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Return & Exchange Policy:

Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. Extensions according to Canada Regulated Hygiene Laws are FINAL SALE cannot be resold, we Highly suggest purchasing a color ring or a small sample pack of the color.
Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation, after the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products.
Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. products at their own risk. Luxus Hair Extensions Ltd. will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, with no exceptions.
Due to the nature of the product (extensions), not all color batches can be guaranteed to match our color swatches 100% as we are dealing with natural underlying pigments and multiple donor hairs there is no way to guarantee the color match to exact match. As well if viewing our online store computer and screen setting may alter the colors you are viewing from device to device.

90 DAY Guarantee
Luxus Hair Extensions all come with an ID tag and 90 day manufacturing quality guarantee the ID tag must be kept and sent back with your claim, this guarantee is to cover manufacturing defects that could occur in the first 90 days such as shedding, broken seals, tangling and flipped cuticles. Buy will be responsible for covering return shipping fees to the wear-house.
This guarantee does NOT cover damage done by improper installation, improper after care, color damage or damage done by clients.
All electrical is final sale.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct fraud checks. PAYMENT
All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS
It may take 7-10 business days to process your order as each order is hand created as it arrived at our database. Custom orders take 6-8 weeks to prepare and ship. Luxus Hair Extensions do not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking. We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact the carrier for any lost packages, we are not responsible for the postal carriers.
Packages will arrive at the main Canadian warehouse and will be shipped local pick up, Purolator Ground, Purolator Air based on the customer selection. Items arriving DHL from the main international factory are subject to import processing fees, please see details under DUTY AND TAXES.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. All unregistered Luxus packages importing to other destinations will be the responsibility of the buyer upon arrival, Luxus will only cover import fees for packages processed to the warehouse.
EDUCATION
Our online education course is for professional licensed cosmetologists only. There are no refunds after the sale of the education course. The education course is for further training and entertainment. This course does not replace actual training and cosmetology school. We are not responsible for any installations or applications performed by our "online stylists".
COLORS
It is advised that you use a color ring to select your colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be exactly the same as the color of the hair.
Additional coloring outside of the Luxus processing house is done so at the buyer own risk as we can not guarantee or control the outcome of the products being used. If coloring is needed, we do recommend using a professional Demi-permanent color with no ammonia content and no higher than a 4% volume as lifting the extensions can compromise both the bonding materials and the hair extensions. Any coloring is done outside the Luxus processing center is done so at the Buyer Own Risk.
AFTERCARE
Luxus is not responsible for improper aftercare on the Luxus brand, clients should be properly educated by their stylist on proper aftercare of human hair extensions.
CERTIFICATION
Luxus Hair Extensions Online Education allows professionally licensed cosmetologists to become "certified" only after fulfilling all requirements including completion of the online course and sending in photos to verify skills.
